Your Fitness Journey

Your body doesn’t want you to workout 7-days a week...

Here’s what it does want though...

It’s easy to think that “more is better” when it comes to exercising. However, here’s 3 changes you can make that will not only increase your results, your body will thank you for it:

1) Consistency Over Time - our bodies thrive on consistency. So do your best to find a workout schedule that works best for YOU.

Whether that be 2-3 days per week or 3-5 days per week. The key is showing up and moving your body consistently.

In our Bio link, we have tons of program options to choose from that range from 3-5 days per week and the workouts will be around 20-45 minutes depending on the program.

That means there is something for EVERYONE!

2) Skip Some Workouts - I’m giving you permission to skip workouts. Why? Because sometimes you just need to (maybe you are overly sore, didn’t sleep well, stressed at workout, etc).

Off days aren’t a bad thing. Listen to your body and rest when it’s calling for it.

3. Rest and Recover!

Simply taking time to preserve your mental health and the stress on your body by RESTING is an amazing option. Stretch, walk the dogs, grounding practices or reading your favorite books are all way to optimize your down time!!
